For the hardware, this system uses GT-200-SV motion control card of GugaoCompany as a high level control unit, the YASKAWA alternate servo system is used forexecute component, the guide screw nut changes rotation motion of motor to rectilinear motion, the rotary encoder is speed examination part of motor, the optical grating ruleris position examination part of rectilinear motion. All of these make up of a highprecision synchronous system with two axes.

本实验装置硬件上以固高公司GT-200-SV运动控制卡作为上位控制单元，采用安川交流伺服驱动器和伺服电机为执行元件，通过丝杠螺母将电机的旋转运动转变为直线运动，利用旋转编码器作为电机的速度检测元件，光栅尺作为直线运动的位置检测元件，构成了两轴全闭环控制系统。
